October 1978-September 1998- Formed Royalty Control Group Company to represent intellectual property holders verify their royalties.  In January 1997 entered into a strategic alliance with Refac to conduct fee and contingency royalty examinations on behalf of the licensors of patents and know-how, as well as provide royalty administration services, pre-licensing accounting system reviews, contract administration and litigation support.
